3. Local voyage color mapping: BLUE for Import, ORANGE for Export.

4. Shipping Instruction (SI) Submission Cut off: For shipments bound to Asia, cut off is 2 days before pro forma departure. For shipments bound to longhaul, cut off is 1 day before pro forma ETD.

5. For better understanding of the status of the manifest, here is a quick guide:

• Registered - manifest has been submitted to CMA operated vessels.
• Validated - manifest has been submitted to vessels operated by other carriers.
• Complete - manifest has been completed and waiting for vessel to be tagged by BOC.

6. For Manila ports loading, port free time is 4 calendar days from date of receipt. All excess is for Shipper's account.

7. For Manila North terminal (MICP) loading, you may also check the MICP BERTHING schedule and other details for cross-reference.

8. For MICP loading of EXPORT EMPTY, please refer to Vessel Berthing Schedule under the tab "Export Empty Schedule" for the necessary details.
